Note: This particular post is part of a series of posts related to the Modifications I have done to my bike.

This protection is made from 2 mm thick stainless steel. It is mounted to the original fitting points with the aluminium spacer bushings and stainless steel bolts supplied. A reliable guard for your exhaust flap.

    How do I get the screws on the manifold exhaust flap off to be able to install this accessory?

  2. Hi Sam, you’ll need a torx screwdriver if you haven’t got one already. I had no issues getting it off. New and longer screws were included with the new part as far as I remember.

  3. I do have a torx screwdriver and tried, however, the screws don’t budge at all 🙁
    Anything specific I need to do to be able to open them?
