9th April 2011: Wunderlich Instrument Surround

Here’s a sharp upgrade in an area that’s in constant view while riding. The instruments can be hard to read on occasion because of glare and these instrument visors can help plus they add a strikingly good look. Machined of billet aluminum and then bead blasted and finally anodized, these visors have a beautiful finish. They simply attach to the instrument panel with a bit of commonly available, clear silicone. Everything needed is furnished, including easy to follow instructions.

I was looking through your website and it looks great!
Thank you for sharing this with us.
Since last month I own a new GS Adventure.

I was wondering where I could buy the Bagster Tank cover.

Could you help me out on this?

    Thanks !

    Peter

  2. Edgar says:

    Hi Peter!

Thank you for your kind words. My bike was actually equipped with the Bagster Tank Cover when I bought it. I know a lot of local motorbike dealers are also Bagster resellers, you should check the Bagster website for more information.

    Hey Edgar,

I’m writing from The Netherlands. Like your site a lot. I’m the proud owner of a GS Adventure since 2010. I owned a Honda Varadero before wich was also a good bike but not as good as the GS.
I want to buy the windscreen spoiler but at the touratech site is said that it should only be used in combination with the Windscreen Hard Part (productnumber 01-044-0380-0). Did you also use that?

    Thanx!

  5. Edgar says:

Thank you for your kind words, Hans! 🙂

I bought the Touratech Windscreen Spoiler (Part no. 01-044-0750-0) and I am using it on the original BMW R 1200 GS Adventure windscreen that came with the 2010 model. It fits perfectly and both works and looks great! 🙂

  6. Kike says:

Hi Edgar, first of all thank you for all the information that you explain in this web site. I’m a happy owner of a 1200 GSA from 2011 and I’m glad.
I’m from Spain, and I would like to buy “Wunderlich Instrument Surround” in the same color of yours…Black there is no problem, but I can not find it in silver…
Could you please send me a link to buy it?

    Thanks!
